We try our best to provide a stellar service to our customers, but sometimes mistakes happen. If an item is missing from your order you need to log a ticket via the My Account > My Orders page on the website  

  1. Find the order with the item you would like to query
  2. Click the Get Help button

Clicking this button will open the Order Details for the respective order, scroll down to the bottom of this page to the Need Help section and fill the form in.
