If you still find that your product is missing parts, accessories or a completely different item altogether, log a return for the product via the My Account > My Orders page on the website.
- Find the order with the item you would like to query
- Click the Get Help button
Clicking this button will open the Order Details for the respective order, scroll down to the bottom of this page to the Need Help section and fill the form in.
