Certainly! To start this process you will have to log a return request via the My Orders option on the My Account drop down; in the upper right hand corner.   

A friendly customer service agent will be in contact with you shortly, and guide you through the returns process.   

Please note that change of mind orders are not eligible for free returns and you will be liable for the courier fee.  

Refunds happen within 3 to 5 working days once the return is accepted, and may take 5 - 7 working days to reflect in your account.
