We want your Grabitall experience to be perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your products don’t fret. You can return the product to us and we will replace it if damaged or credit your Grabitall account Before returning your product please make sure that your item is covered by the Grabitall Returns Policy.  Please note that change of mind orders are not eligible for free return and you will be liable for the courier fee.  

You will only be able to log a return on orders you have already received. 

  1. To arrange a return pop us an email at help@grabitall.co.za with your order number and the items you would like to return.  

  2. Keep an eye on your mail box for an email from us arranging a time and date for collection.


To ensure your return request is processed as quickly follow these guidelines when returning your product

  1. Pack your item securely inside the box it arrived in. If the original packaging is damaged use a sturdy box and include padding such as bubbles or newspaper to ensure safety in transit. 

  2. A Waybill will be sent your email address or our couriers will bring along a form which you will have to fill in upon collection.  

  3. Securely attach your return Waybill to the outside of your package. One of our couriers will contact you and arrange a pick up time and date.

Neglecting it to follow these guidelines could delay the returns process or result in its decline.
